To start a project, fill out the inquiry form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will set up a discovery call to discuss project details. We will then create a proposal with all the deliverables discussed including an estimated quote & timeline.

From there, we will send over the Brand Workbook to learn more about you and your business. We explore brand fundamentals, target audience, competitors, style preferences, and design inspiration.

We then dive deep into brand strategy, defining your brand style, personality and tone of voice. We will put together a vision board that will set the tone for your new brand and help us establish a colour palette.

With approved brand strategy and creative direction, we will create 1 - 3 logo concepts for you to review. Once we receive your feedback, we will refine and transform the preferred logo concept into a tailored brand identity.

Now we’ve finalized the branding portion of the project, its time to move on to the website! You will be tasked with completing the Website Planning Workbook so we can explore your goals, services, call to action, target audience, competitors, and design inspiration.

Once approved, we will set you up on Squarespace and purchase a domain name for your new business. Using the design created in the planning stage, we begin to build out the website.

Once the design is complete, we will test all links, buttons, forms, mobile compatibility and complete the SEO portion of the project. You are entitled to one last round of revisions before finalizing the website.
